Pricing and Payments

Shipping and Delivery
Everjacket currently ships only within the United States. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, with a cut-off time for same-day processing at 5 PM (GMT-05:00).

Once an order is shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email. Everjacket is not responsible for delays caused by carrier mishandling or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Everjacket provides a transparent return and refund process. Customers may return or exchange any item within ninety (90) days of delivery, provided it remains in its original condition, is unworn/unwashed with tags intact, and includes all original packaging.
- Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective items.
- No restocking fees apply.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping label unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Refunds are processed within fourteen (14) business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
